The client, despite being a major automobile brand, did not have an effective method for communicating efficiently with their users for their marketing department in Japan. The users were specific media outlets and journalists, which the client usually invited to events and test-runs to try out their new products, prior to market release. Until the project, their communications were mostly based on phone calls and fax machines, without a center point to aggregate all the incoming information.

With collaboration with a local agency, Lanex developed a web app software which allowed media users to check and book upcoming events as well as available vehicles for test runs. Additionally we helped develop a user friendly admin portal that the marketing department used to manage schedules, inventory, reservation approval, and user data. This helped drastically improve the complex process handled by the client.
